The service
Clinora provides educational questions and explanations for medical examination preparation. Content is educational support only. It is not medical advice, does not replace current guidelines or professional judgement and must not be used as the sole basis for patient-care decisions.
Accounts
You are responsible for using your own account, keeping access secure and providing accurate information. You must not share paid access, attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully.
Fixed-term exam passes
Clinora offers one-off 3-, 6- and 12-month passes for the exam package selected at checkout. Access starts after successful payment and ends automatically at the end of the stated period; there is no automatic renewal. MRCP and FRCS are separate products, and buying one does not unlock the other.
Immediate digital access, cancellation and refunds
Before payment you must actively request that digital access begins immediately and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right for that digital content may end once supply begins. You can choose not to provide that consent and not purchase. This does not limit statutory remedies where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care. Refund requests and suspected duplicate or unauthorised payments should be reported promptly to support@clinoramedical.com.
Price and order confirmation
The selected exam, access period, total price and any applicable tax are shown before payment. Stripe processes the payment securely. After successful payment, the Stripe receipt and your Clinora account provide confirmation of the purchase and access period. Prices are in GBP; a card provider may apply currency-conversion charges.
Growing question bank
The live number of published questions is displayed on the site. Future targets and planned specialties describe Clinora’s intended direction, not a guarantee that a particular quantity or feature will be available by a particular date.
Content and acceptable use
Clinora’s questions, explanations, design and software are protected content. Free browsing, free-account access and a subscription each give you a personal, limited right to use the content made available to your tier for study. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, sell or use the question bank to train another product or model without written permission.
Corrections and availability
Medical knowledge and examination requirements change. Clinora may correct, update or withdraw content. Although reasonable care is taken, uninterrupted access and complete accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Please report suspected errors promptly.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Clinora is not responsible for examination outcomes, clinical decisions or indirect losses arising from reliance on educational content.
