Current content status
Clinora currently contains AI-assisted educational questions with visible sources and review-status information. It is intended for examination practice only and must not be relied on for patient-care decisions.
Publication checks
Before publication, batches undergo structural validation, answer-key checks, duplicate screening, distractor-quality screening, source-link checks and targeted correction of identified blocking issues. These checks reduce avoidable defects but do not constitute clinical approval.
Sources and currency
Each published question includes an inspectable source. Guidance can change, so Clinora may correct, update or retire questions. Learners should verify management recommendations against current authoritative guidance.
Use of AI
AI supports drafting, formatting, duplication screening and quality-control checks. Each question displays its recorded review status, and Clinora does not imply accreditation or endorsement.
Communication and Safety Lab pilots
Each pilot module has an Evidence and Review Passport showing its source, jurisdiction, guidance date, Clinora evidence-review date, change history and independent clinician-review state. A module remains labelled “awaiting clinician review” until a suitably qualified clinician has assessed its accuracy and safety and the outcome has been recorded. Colleague feedback is not automatically equivalent to clinical approval.
The Lab’s appraisal summary is a personal learning record. It is not an accredited CPD certificate and Clinora does not claim accreditation, endorsement or formal CPD approval.
Corrections
Suspected errors can be reported to support@clinoramedical.com. Material concerns should be reviewed promptly, with affected content corrected or withdrawn when appropriate.
